July Mini Challenge

When I first moved here last summer, started walking.  No car kinda helps you with that :) I got to the point where I was doing 12 kms at least 3-4 times a week . Not bad, but I twisted my ankle and it was taking way too much time to heal.  I needed to back off some to heal up, I cut back to 4-5 kms 3-4 times a week.  I was feeling that I had plateaued though, my feet were sore and I had stopped losing weight.
