Wow, only 14 days left....I am happy to be back up to 100%.  working on picking up the last minute stuff.  I am quite surprised at how much this has actually cost me, and I didn't even buy a new bike :) Here is what I got done! Sadly this week was a bust, badly pulled muscle in my neck and shoulder.  Pain meds, Chiropractor and massage therapy.  And thank goodness on the med. Here is what I got done! Last week was pretty good.  I got out there 5 or the 7 days.  As the next few weeks come along I will increase the training to 2 sessions a day and more bricks.  Bike is all tuned up and new semi-slick tires for the race :) Here is what I got done! wow.... 5 weeks left, not freaking myself out though. I just need to finish the race that is it!  Focusing entirely on getting better at each sport. Here is what I got done! Another GREAT week and if I keep saying that I am sure it will be true!  :) okay it has been good, a few sore muscles but doing well! Here is what I got done! I have been working hard on putting together a healthier lifestyle and to get stronger and leaner. Admittedly, I still have a ways to go. I am very health, but I am working on getting leaner.
