YES! Sept was an amazing month! I love the crisp fall air!
Recap of last month: September Challenge is going to be bench press!
Increase my bench press: I would like to add 20 lbs to my max press. Completed with great success – I increased my bench press to 105, that is an increase of 25 lbs.
My Plan for the next month is pretty much staying the same with new results. The results that I am aiming for are:
- Bench Press: 2 sets of 10 reps at 100lbs
- Bench Press: Max weight one rep 125lbs
Training Plan: 2 days per week, total upper body weight lifting working at 75% capacity. I will continue to ride my bike 3 days per week which is 100+ kms in the month.
Food Plan: I am feeling very comfortable at 65% raw food, 30% quality protein and less then 5% of processed food (bread, rice, pasta). The focus will be on high quality food and keeping it clean.
Essence Plan: 10 minutes of a visiualization movie each day.
