Challenges are my way of taking it up a notch.
Ab exercises alone will NOT get you a 6-pack, you need to do most of the work with nutrition and with cardio.
But that does not mean you should neglect your abs, exercising your abs 2-3 times per week will create the strong core muscles that will support you through all other workouts.
This weeks exercise is the Frog Crunch.
Step 1 – Lie on the floor on your back with your knees bent. Bring the soles of your feet together, so that your knees angle out.
Step 2 – Perform the crunch: slowly raise your head and shoulders in a forward-curling motion off the floor.
Step 3 – Hold for two seconds and lower yourself back to the starting position.
Do 3 set of 15 reps
