Oct – It was a gray month for me, I had troubles adjusting to the darkness and the last 2 weeks of rain. Now that all being said, I can’t blame the weather for not getting off my ass.
October – updates
- Bench Press: 2 sets of 10 reps at 100lbs – didn’t get it done
- Bench Press: Max weight one rep 125lbs - didn’t get it done
I admit it, I did not get to the gym and I only have myself to blame. So what was my next move… shore up my support system to challenge me to get to the gym.
- I posted a gorgeous picture of my brother and soon-to-be sister-in-law on my vision board, renewing my commitment to be in top shape come time for their wedding in May
- Found myself a work out buddy/trainer

I want to make sure that I am losing fat and gaining muscle so I want to find the plan that works best for me.
My goal for this month isn’t crazy hard, it is consistency! I will work out/ be active each day!
Training Plan:
- 3 days per week lift weights
- 4 days per week get active – 30 minutes minimum of some cardio (yoga, bike, elliptical, treadmill)
Food Plan: eat clean all the time
Essence Plan: 10 minutes of a visualization movie each day.
