I have a friend who likes to make sure I am “keeping it real” and most times he is very good at cutting through the muck. His comment to me was” why was I promoting Atkins as a healthy choice?”
He did have a valid point. I did not mean to promote Atkins parse, I only wanted to have a open discussion about that particular life style choice. I have not added additional “styles” that can be just as educational. I have definitely been remiss in offering further information.
Every body is different, every body response differently to the fuel you are adding to it and more information is needed.
Two things I want to do today:
1. I want to make sure that everyone is aware that I am NOT a doctor or nutritionists. This is for informational purposes only. You need to use common sense and speak with YOUR health care provider. You need to discuss with him/her what the best choices is for you in your personal set of circumstances.
2. I will be adding a lot more info about a wide variety of choices. Again use common sense and some testing to find what choices fit best with your personal circumstances.
3. And last but not least, everything in moderation and balance, look for a “lifestyle” that is going to work for you and make life easy for you to create the lifestyle which makes you mentally happy and physically strong.
In the coming weeks there will definitely be more info on atkins, primal eating, and raw lifestyles… everything. I would love to have your comments.
