As promised when I did the first One Hundred Pushup Challenge there would be another! ( a little late
)
So here we are: I started with the Bench Pushups (I used my stairs), now we are moving on to the Knee Pushups.

Week 1 – Column 1
I am really liking these little challenges, they are staying fun and interesting – changing up the focus every 6 weeks. I am still walking 21 to 30 kms a week – easy for me cos I walk to work and back
but even that has been hard with my foot it takes 45-50 minutes to walk 3.5 kms in the snow. And I am doing daily yoga focusing on stretching and core 2 or 3 poses a day. Working on Nutritional changes as well I’ll put those in another post.
