We absolutely love where we live and one of those reasons is we are so close to all the things we need. We intentionally looked for an apartment that was close to shopping, bus routes and entertainment. Transportation is one big way that you can make a lighter footstep, the less you drive the better for the environment and better for your health. Updated: August Challenge

First updates on my July Challenge: Cycling each day and hitting 250kms - I totally rocked this one. Even in the heat, I made my 250kms, I only missed 4 days total in the month. Situps every day (35) to hit 1000+ - this not so good, I did 15 of 31 days, but I did 35 every time 525 situps, not great but a good start.
