October Mini-Challenge
YES! Sept was an amazing month! I love the crisp fall air! Recap of last month: September Challenge is going to be bench press! Increase my bench press: I would like to add 20 lbs to my max press. Completed with great success - I increased my bench press to 105, that is an increase of 25 lbs. My Plan for the next month is pretty much staying the same with new results. Phewww August is over! I am really looking forward to September! Between summer vacation and being very sick during this month, I didn't get as much done as I was hoping.
